Corporate Management: Reviewed productivity measurements within Sentosa, spearheading projects by implementing IT solutions andworkshops to improve productivity. Held appointments as Secretariat to CEO's Office as well as Divisional Director's Office, working alongside with the CEO for corporate planning, board meetings, and high level group exercises.Project Management: Played an integral role in tender preparations for Sentosa Golf Club's golf course redevelopment project. Involvement in key tournament events such as HSBC Women's Champions and the Singapore Open between 2013 to 2015.Operations Management: Facilitated the coordination between working streams for the development of operational processes and the revision to manpower deployment plans. Provided support and engagement with stakeholders as well as Sentosa's potential contractors, Aurecon, SMRT and HITACHI.Sales and Product Development: Oversaw the realignment of prices of Sentosa's leisure products. Liaised with Sentosa Hotel Partners on the negotiation of prices, consignment deals and promotional packages. Increased overall over-the-counter revenue figures in the first FY through the review and relaunch of incentive schemes for front-line ticketing staff.
