Generated over 60 million in local economic impact in 2015 through sports field allocation process with revenues surpassing $1,000,000.

Responsible for planning, organizing, programming and implementing the start-up of this 80,000 square foot recreation center. Including selection of equipment, furniture and supplies, interviewing and hiring over 100 part-time staff and over 80 contracted instructors. Developed policy and procedures. Directed staff training for community room reservations, aerobic and dance rooms, gymnasium, fitness room, game room, senior lounge and lending library, rock climbing wall and facility scheduling. Conducted tours of facility and made presentations to community organizations. Organized and facilitated grand opening of center.
