After 50+ years the time has come to dedicate my time to our volunteer causes and simply enjoying the bountiful life The Lord has seen fit to give us. Time for some travel, hobbies, and our two grandsons.

Managed all business development and proposal activity for the Army and Air Force Exchange Service Design Development and Implementation contract and the Air Force Netcents contract. Provided leadership and management consulting service to corporate members and led numerous technical interchanges with a wide variety of customers such as the General Services Administration and Headquarters Air Force Director of Logistics Integration and Transformation.

Operations Manager for activities in Montgomery, Alabama and Maxwell AFB Gunter Annex. Responsible for program execution and business development for all information technology activities at that location. Developed logistics information technology strategies and logistics/supply chain management campaign actions that will enable Northrop Grumman to expand its role in the Defense Logistics market.

Southeastern Region. Responsible for all LOGTEC corporate activities in Alabama and Georgia. Responsible for business development in a new market, building teaming agreements, managing Southeastern Region workforce, and introducing LOGTEC to the Montgomery community. Projects include management of Maxwell AFB Supply under an A-76 outsourcing, systems development work for all components of the Operations Support Systems Wing, Various projects in support of Air Force maintenance information systems, Foreign Military Sales support, Business Process improvement, and system administration.

for Military and Federal Affairs. Liaison between city of Montgomery, Alabama and its military establishment. Responsible for all activities related to military and congressional activities in the Montgomery area.

to Andersen Consulting during development of a major new information system in support of the United States Air Force maintenance discipline. Responsible for developing new or improved business processes across the Air Force’s logistics chain.

Since 1967 served as an active duty Air Force Officer with duties including combat crew member and aircraft maintenance officer. Held increasingly responsible positions including three senior management positions in very large military aviation organizations. A turnaround leader who regularly led major performance improvements in failing organizations. A dynamic public speaker who has touched the lives of hundreds of young, aspiring Air Force officers and civilians to achieve great things in spite of adversity and even failures.Led the growth of a business and information technology consulting firm from a single employee in Montgomery, Alabama to a staff of 46 in the space of two years. Recognized as a leading expert on employment of information technology to support improved business processes at the enterprise level. Directed a logistics studies and analysis agency and served as the principal consultant to the HQ USAF Deputy Chief of Staff for Logistics and major air commands for developing solutions to base level logistics support problems. Directed six squadrons with 2400 military, U.S. and Japanese civilian employees. Managed an annual budget in excess of $150 million in support of the flying activities of four different types of aircraft. Established Total Quality Management program recognized across the Air Force as its premier quality program; directed the activities of six award winning quality improvement teams. Directed the maintenance activities in support of 108 F-16 fighter aircraft. Led three squadrons to recognition as one of the Air Force's two best maintenance organizations. Established the unit's first logistics group. Responsible for directing and controlling development of two major maintenance management information systems at 114 AF bases on schedule within budget.
