Ted Marks is a Research Editor at Fishing Hot Spots at Fishing Hot Spots. Colleagues describe them as "I work directly with Ted in the research and development department at Fishing Hot Spots Inc. His job is to gather all of the important information that we need in order to create maps aimed specifically at the sport of fishing. Once he gathers the information he writes a biological report for the specific body of water that each map focuses on. Ted is a dependable, hard working individual who manages to keep his focus despite the fact that he has to work on multiple projects at once. Ted's interpersonal communication skills are above average. In order to gather the information he needs he has to make many phone calls and write many e-mails a day. He is patient when there are delays in his research due to contacts not getting back to him. If there are delays Ted finds a way to meet his deadlines even if that means working beyond forty hours a week."
