Responsible for all Operations, rules, officials training for Para Olympic Snowboard events

Ski and Snowboard Cross training camp for Olympic, World Cup and Continental Cup level athletes and teams

Oversee the acquisition of all National and International Sports projects and hire/manage all personnel necessary to accomplish goals and objectives of clients. Extensive work experience throughout Asia, Central Europe, Scandinavia, North America and South American Countries of Brazil,Chile and Argentina.

As Organizing Committee Chairman Duties included: event creation, sponsorship solicitation, brand creation & awareness, budget creation and management, TV production acquisition and management, identifying all materials necessary to host the WC and purchase such items, resort/official hotel/municipality negotiations & contract creation/fulfillment, venue design, staff /experts hire and management and International Ski Federation contracts & relations.

* Create and manage all operations budgets for winter and summer events ($5,000,000 to$7,000,000 USD)* Hire and manage all operations/competition staff including out of venue staff* Responsible for creating and purchasing all event related materials

• Created and managed National and International sales rep force • Responsible for introducing and gaining the acceptance of the Trikke Skki to Ski Resorts on a National and International basis • Set up and manage the revenue share program for Trikke Skki • Design and oversee the building of all summer and winter sports event venues • Create and manage all operations budgets for winter and summer events and oversee the set up of all in venue safety for events • Globally create new Trikke and Trikke Skki events and tours and athlete base • Work with state Tram Boards to introduce the Trikke Skki for acceptance on resort lifts and develop instructional videos and manuals for lift riding • Create and manage all Trikke vertical markets such as the Marine Industry, the Police Industry etc • Create national and International marketing and advertising programs to initiate and drive sales

Responsible for all International World Cup & Olympic on/off snow event management, scheduling and rule writing and implementation of rules and National Governing body (NGB's) relations from a competitive perspective. Also defined all television on snow procedures and camera placement's.
