I manage public transportation for five counties in western Minnesota, we have 10 buses, 4 vans and 44 voluteer drivers. We provide rides all over Minnesota and some into North and South Dakota. Four buses run daily in town rides in Appleton, Canby, Madison and Ortonville. we currently do around 80,000 rides each year. I have one maintenance coordinator a dispatch coordinator and a 2 dispatchers on full time. SInce I started we have gone from what is stated above to what we currently have now. 16 buses 4 vans 54 volunteer drivers, we now run 7 buses daily 10 hours each day in the towns of Appleton, Dawson, Canby, Madison, Montevideo, and Ortonville/BigStone City. we are costantly expanding we will do in excess of 156,000 rides this year. I now have a staff of 20+ drivers a Dispatch Coordinator 2 full-time and 2 part-time dispatcher and 2 Maintenance Coordinators under me.

I was a Platoon Sergeant for over 40 people which installed communication for the Corps Headquarters on a quarterly mission, well versed in cisco routers and MSE equipment Line of site and Satellite communications equipment.
