I’m a structured, action-orientated and calm leader who have been working in the security- and surveillance sphere for 15+ years. I have managed to be successful and efficient due to my results-oriented mindset and endurance in challenging situations.After many years at a state-owned company operation in a heavily controlled, high-risk environment, I have seen and learnt a lot from complicated processes and challenges in dense bureaucracy.I have a strong eye for details and an ability to puzzle shattered information into a cohesive context in order to be able to analyze, evaluate and act accordingly with the situation at hand. I firmly believe that a task is never more important than the way you assess, adapt and learn from the situation. Even the smallest piece of information can be of great importance to understand the bigger picture. My success has been heavily based on my ability to take a step back and see the holistic aspect, always with high integrity and a great portion of responsibility.My main motivation comes from being able to deliver in high pace with good results together with my team(s) and colleagues. I believe in a warm and inclusive leadership with a focus on transparency and clear expectation management to ensure both individuals and teams have the right support and qualifications to meet their goals. My ambition is strong, and I have earned a Black Belt in problem solving. I believe it’s crucial to be humble and seeking to understand when dealing with staff, colleagues, guests and/or customers – after all, we are all humans and deserve being treated with respect – regardless of the situation.
