The Service Owners main purpose is to focus on the service to ensure the quality for the service delivery. Is responsible for the service cost efficiency and for the management of the service. Shall at all-time act with business focus and skills regarding the total scope and the service delivered by the team. Is responsibility for the following actions in the service areas:• The UPC calculation• Service Operation• Service Maintenances• Roadmap• Supplier Management• BID & Sales support• Service DevelopmentIs Service Owner for Data Center Network, Internet Access, DNS and Mail Relay services.

I am responsible together with a couple of high skilled design technician that we are using the right component, design and configurations in our datacenters. We also taking care of the IP-strategy and IP-management questions for both IPv4 and IPv6.

Work with IP-strategi, IP-management and dessign for the Communication delivery including both IPv4 and IPv6 environments

Was leading the group of communication technicians and also worked at the same time with design, IP-strategy and IP-management.

Worked a long time in the same company and had many different roles over the years but it have always been related to the communication area.Have technical skills with routers, LAN-switches and WAN-switches. Have long experience about tasks include design, management and troubleshooting of LAN/WAN environments. Support or lead project as a technician part project leader or work as a project member. Have worked as a Communication Production Responsible for customers.
