Retail Project Manager
CurrentThe Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, coordinating, scheduling, managing and execution of various technology projects and initiatives. This role will partner with Spencer customers, vendors, manufactures and internal teams to deliver projects as defined in the SOW/contract with quality, on time, and on-budget.This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, be able to manage competing priorities, provide sound, logical planning of activities and be a team player. The role will also need to develop, create and produce various deliverables and documentation and be able to effectively lead cross-functional teams. PM will be responsible for the successful planning, coordinating, scheduling, managing, and execution of various projects and initiatives.Partner with Spencer customers, vendors, manufacturers, and internal teams to successfully deliver and execute.Ability to forecast top line revenue and cost.Deliver projects on time and on budget.Manage competing priorities; provide sound, logical planning of activitiesDevelop project plans from customer requirements and interactions with various parties and internal stakeholdersProvide daily/weekly status reports in a variety of formats (both written verbal) at a high levelProvide excellent customer service ensuring the customer has what they need to understand current status and collaborate with the customer to work through challengesProvide leadership to cross-functional team members while driving to a common goalProvide consultation, make recommendations, give appropriate advice, and/or facilitate decisionsIdentify and drive process improvementsShow project metrics at both a detailed and leadership informational level
