Project Manager for the KP Claims Connect (KPCC) program’s implementation of Epic’s Tapestry AP Claims module as the new claims system for Kaiser Permanente’s Northwest (NW) region. - Supported the definition, roll-out, and on-going management of a semi-agile “bundling” method of solution build delivery to testing. - Led design, development and ongoing management of SharePoint lists and reporting capabilities used by program leadership and Sponsors to track delivery and testing of 173 “bundles” and their roughly 800 sub-components across 16 Functional Areas.- Served as lead Integrations Project Manager for three functional areas that provide reporting and data warehousing solutions for operations teams and audit vendors to manage system performance controls and assess quality metrics.
