His litigation and arbitration practice is focused on defending securities law and other complex commercial claims. He has acted as lead counsel for jury and bench trials in federal and New York state court, and also has extensive appellate experience in federal and state courts nationwide. Mr. Snyder has served as lead trial counsel in dozens of FINRA arbitrations for many of the country's largest broker-dealers and their employees, including matters relating to auction rate securities, options transactions, operational issues, employment and compensation disputes, and general fraud and unsuitability claims. Mr. Snyder has also represented corporations and numerous securities industry employees in connection with investigations by the SEC, FINRA, NYSE and various state regulators.
