Directed the efforts of a support staff of 18 modelers, established process priorities, and supervised the contractor's development of tools, techniques, and modeling methodologies. Managed the $2.2M annual Navy modeling contract guiding the Navy’s $19B conventional munitions budget. Developed division inputs to flag-level Navy weapons assessment.

Project lead for the E-6 TACAMO aircraft support to PMA-271. Led a group of highly trained analysts in the day-to-day support for E-6 program management. Performed various tasks involving war fighting requirements, force structure, joint mission tasking, acquisition and operating budgets, and strategic planning with OPNAV, OSD, Joint Staff, and fleet agencies.
