Hey! Ted here. My wife Emily and I have lived the busy first responder life while managing to raise four kiddos. We met on the job as Deputies and both have an extensive background as trainers and fitness coaches. We began helping a few people on our department and now our methods have become part of a movement across the US. To date, we have helped thousands of first responders get fit and healthy. This is now our full time passion. I have built a team I work with closely and a community that creates winners. Simply put.
