Handled all legal matters for the Company as well as worked in business development.

Headed the New Technologies practice group in the Legal Department. In this role, I represented Amazon's digital media business group (text, music, video and wireless), Amazon's search company, A9.com, Web Services, Technology Alliances, IMDb.com and worked on our patent licensing. The position involved deal support negotiating and drafting complex technology, data and content licenses; development agreements, as well as daily counseling.

At AOL, I headed the wireless and devices, and the desktop messaging groups within the Legal Department.
