Hired as a Network Engineer, responsible for all aspects of technical support for both legacy and client/server platforms for one corporate banking site and it's contingency location. Finally oversaw desktop, printer, server, legacy systems and some aspects of network support for original locations, and sites in Syracuse, Toronto, Boston, Philadelphia, Delaware, and Michigan. Responsible for desktop images and advanced desktop technologies lab for entire corporation. Tested and rolled out solutions for multiple business units for disaster recovery and business continuity planning. Reduced failure, error and Incident rates on desktop engineering software and patch deployments. Oversaw site integrations for acquisitions within region, and outside of it as necessary. Oversaw testing and implementation of Intel vPro client management and products for desktop data loss prevention. Partnered with Intel for long-term client side roadmap, hardware, desktop management technologies and client OS virtualization and streaming. On planning teams for rollout and integration of off the shelf and internally developed business software platforms, client management services, and endpoint protection.
