As Business Area Director, I led the teams that carried out all customer facing activities in the eastern United States. This includes recruiting, training and motivating teams of Area and Regional Sales Managers, Field Sales Engineers, Trainers and Field Marketers. I led the training for a rapidly growing national team of Sales Managers in order to maintain Axis' strong company culture and customer centricity as we rapdily scaled our organization.

As National Sales Manager, I co-managed the US field sales organization during a period of rapid growth. In this role, I was one of the principle architects of the "expansion plan" that became the blueprint for creating six master territories in the US and establishing a platform for Axis continued growth and executing our "closer to the customer" strategy.

At ioImage, an Israeli startup, I was part of the team that brought the industry's most advanced video Analytics servers to the North American Market.
