Moved further processing to ephemeral workloads and realizing a strategic use of shared resources for a reduction of $50k per year. •Project managed the delivery of DevOps Analysis (Google’s DORA), for 1800 application pipelines, exposing inefficiencies and reporting on transparencies for improvements.•Partnered with CSO to develop platform baselining to reduce bottom-up audits and transfer burden to shared platforms, potentially saving the company thousands of hours in review meetings. •Engineered, delivered the migration of 10,000 developers and 3000 applications from on premise Nexus to SaaS JFrog artifact repository. As of this writing, migrating communities to Github, with 700 applications migrated as of this writing, with compelled shift left scanning and Copilot subscriptions, supplemented by low-cost shared Kubernetes runners. •Support process currently manages customer input from 16 platform systems with 1200 tickets resolved per month, and a 2-day resolution turnaround time.
