Managed all strategic growth initiatives and operational controls around the district lending and retail team integration across 14 branches in West Portland. Grew district to #1 retail referral district in Division. Achieved Top growth YoY for entire production team. Secured Earth Advantage Partnership and drove $15 million in 1st year production volume.
