Ted joined The Common Wheel in 2018 to design and open a new retail location in downtown Lancaster. Ted leveraged marketing, retail, and management experience to develop a sales and service environment where employees thrived, customers handed out 5-star reviews, vendors were paid on time, and proceeds were captured to support The Common Wheel's nonprofit programs.During his second year with the organization, revenue increased 60% as Ted utilized his background in data analytics to evaluate year one sales and forecast year two growth.
