The Common Wheel is a nonprofit bicycle co-op that was founded in 2014 to enable people from all walks of life to realize the individual and collective benefits of cycling. Ted joined The Common Wheel in 2018 to design and open a new retail location in downtown Lancaster. Ted leveraged marketing, retail, and management experience to develop a sales and service environment where employees thrived, customers handed out 5-star reviews, vendors were paid on time, and proceeds were captured to support The Common Wheel's nonprofit programs.During his second year with the organization, revenue increased 60% as Ted utilized his background in data analytics to evaluate year one sales and forecast year two growth. Projections were analyzed weekly and positive cash flow was maintained by adjusting inventory levels in response to fluctuations in customer demand and global supply.

Lancaster Archery Supply is a world leader in the sale of 3-D and Target archery supplies. Following the launch of the redesigned website, the company quickly doubled its work force and expanded into a new warehouse and administrative center. Ted helped Lancaster Archery to realize this growth by guiding internal and external teams through RFP development, software selection, creative design, and technical integration.
