Oversee development, utilization, and management of all third party vendors used to facilitate completion of products and services. Provide oversight to 11-member contractor development team in managing 400-500 title abstractors utilized in monthly completion of 12,000-15,000 title products, 5,000+ appraisers completing 4,000-6,000 appraisals, 1,500-1,600 property inspectors completing 3,000-4,000 property inspections, and 3,000+ real estate agents completing 2,000-3,000 BPO products. In total overseeing 8,000-10,000 third party vendors on active panel. Manage 12 in-house title abstractors accountable for 4,000-5,000 title products per month, as well as 8-member team of broker price opinion (BPO) specialists.Lead team in placement of company products and services to third party vendors. Review order placement queues to ensure proper order placement, order pipeline reporting, daily product delivery and employee output, vendor on-boarding, vendor cost, and performance analysis. Identify geographic areas with insufficient coverage and those considered problematic. Analyze trends, as well as daily, monthly, and year-to-date product ordering and production relative to third party vendors. Work with Sales team in development of product pricing to ensure adequate product margin relative to vendor cost.Negotiate contracts with entities that included PNC Bank, US Bank, Compass Bank, and numerous others. Negotiate terms of use and scope of work of third party vendors and their utilization. Participate in development of request for information (RFI) and request for proposal (RFP) responses as they relate to third party vendor utilization and their oversight.
