I am a Learning and Talent Development Strategist with national and international clients in the manufacturing (medical, car, wire & cable) technology, banking, education, food distribution, consumer goods, and energy industries. I partner with clients to help them achieve the talent development results they're looking for. I collaborate with clients to create a customized leadership and talent development strategy that aligns with the organization's mission, goals, and values. My strengths lie in leadership, culture, emotional intelligence, diversity & inclusion, career development, and imposter syndrome. I focus on helping leaders amplify their positive impact. I do this through coaching and developing them through critical self-examination of themselves as leaders; challenging them to find ways to be more effective in their leadership roles; and helping them to build relationships of trust and mutual understanding with their greatest asset... their people!I am passionate about closing the leadership gap for women of color and actively work to amplify their voices. I created a nonprofit, Dope Girl, Inc. and the social platform, Dope Girl Conversations, for women of color to share their ideas, experiences, and knowledge. These platforms are also where women of color are celebrated, recognized, and praised for the impact they have made in their careers, organizations, and communities.
