    In my role as the Collaboration Technologies Architect, I continued my focus on the Microsoft collaboration space with an eye on growth into expanding my focus into M365. Prior to COVID, I had been hired to complete the deployment of Microsoft Lync 2015 as a PBX replacement globally and to take over all collaboration efforts in the company. Then COVID happened.. We found that the on-prem install of Lync 2015 was not sized to meet the need of a fully remote workforce.Enter Microsoft TeamsPrior to the pandemic however, I was piloting Teams for Direct Routing for our voice workloads and did have it running. With some tricky planning, end-user training, and good communications, I was able to globally move the chat and conferencing workload over to Teams to alleviate the pressure (PSTN came later). To our collective surprise the cutover worked flawlessly.After this I began to expand into an M365 focus since so much of what I was doing was in the cloud it just made sense. Here is what I see as my relevant list of responsibilities:• Completed deployment of Skype for Business 2015 to replace local PBX deployments globally• Upgraded Skype for Business on-prem with Microsoft Teams and expanded phone service for 36 countries using Direct Routing• Implemented AudioCodes Teams phones at manufacturing plants• Globally replaced legacy Polycom room systems with Crestron Teams room systems • Managed global PSTN access• Implemented Dynamic E911• Lead project to replace Ivanti with System Center Configuration Manager and enabled co-management with Microsoft Intune and Windows AutoPilot• Configured Azure AD Hybrid to allow remote devices to connect to line of sight on-prem domain controllers• Assisted in replacement Okta MFA with Microsoft MFA for entire enterprise• Piloted deployment of Microsoft Intune to manage Windows 10, MacOS, iOS, and Android devices for both corporate owned and BYOD devices
