While working three years at Suomen Lähikauppa, I gained valuable experience from the retail field. I started as a salesperson, but very soon started to substitute my boss. I learned how to lead myself and others too and learned how to work in a group. I also learned how to work with strict timetables and changing situations, because here each day were different.
