Acting as the second-in-command for multi-million dollar projects. Primary manager of the projects RFI's, Submittals, Change Order Requests, and other forms of documentation. Managing expenses and maintaining project budgets also fell under responsibilities. Took charge in multiple estimations and bid submissions. Coordinating on-site operations between in-house labor force, subcontractors, and owner's representatives. Responsibilities also include execution of contract documents, taking lead in project meetings, creating project schedules.

Primary responsibilities fell into the document control nature. Maintaining RFI and Submittal Logs, as well as the other documents that stem from a construction project, such as: Daily Reports, Safety Reports, Inspection Requests, Certified Payroll, and others. Took lead role in material purchasing against project specifications, as well as considering and maintaining project budget for each specification division. Took primary responsibility in Project Closeouts. Coordinated between subcontractors and scheduled on-site activities. Assisted with multiple estimations, and helped perform take offs.

Entry level job within the construction administration field. Primary bulk of the responsibilities included documentation related items such as, digitizing field obtained documents, creating legible spreadsheets for use of higher level supervisors, and others. Other duties included material purchasing, communication with subcontractors and owners representatives, submittal preparation and more. Assisted also with bid estimations and take offs.
