My experience includes the following:Project Management I have progressively responsible and diverse experience as a project manager, from initially serving as a Scrum Master, to managing construction projects and impact mitigation, to launching and scaling teams across new locations during periods of rapid growth. My project management toolkit includes Agile, Waterfall, creating project charters, Google Sheets, Asana, Kanban and Trello.Communications I've taken the lead on writing and editing internal and external newsletters and that commitment included research, copywriting, translating complex construction news into our branded company voice resulting in high open and click through rates. My work has required communicating effectively across departments, assessing impact on various department functions, and building consensus and alignment based on needs and priorities. As part of the DEI working group, I conducted informal interviews around barriers and challenges, facilitated collaboration for solutions and advised on implementing changes.Program ManagementDuring my tenure at CIC, I led an annual weeklong art event, coordinating promotion and organization, and standardizing these repeatable processes.
