Sr. Sales Program Manager For Pinterest
I was brought on as a Sales Manager for our Pinterest contract (AdTech) to initially grow their business development arm of the organization and support a new business organization of over 100 sales reps. Initially I managed 20 BDRs and a quota of $24,000,000 in pipeline, but this quickly grew to a team of 60 reps, 6 sales managers, and a quota of $62,000,000 in pipeline per quarter. The Pinterest program was regularly under 85% to quota expectations - Through simple process establishment, ICP identification, WBD training methods, we scaled to 97% QoQ. To establish success we needed to keep our people. I implemented a new compensation structure based on promoting our reps more consistently and we saw our attrition rate fall from 27% to 8% in Q4 of 2018 that helped Pinterest improve. As we grew, we established an effective management structure - Implemented a bottom-up coaching structure that focused on accountability to training and skill improvement.
Sr. Sales Program Manager For Google
After 105% to quota quarter over quarter, I was brought on to be a Sr. Sales Manager and run the vendor relationship with Marketstar. This was an expectation to manage the $15,000,000 investment that they had made to grow the team from 15 reps to over 40, multiple managers, and regions across the globe. I implemented strategic plans for success in our new roles (AEs, BDRs, Sales Managers & Sales Enablement) to ramp quickly and achieve a significant return on investment for Google. Through our strategic team development our program hit over $58,000,000 in ARR per quarter. To maintain our vendor relationships I presented key information at QBRs, and WBRs regularly. Overall I controlled our Google contract with MarketStar front to end, handling our budget, hiring, and anything else that impacted our reps on a daily basis.
Sales Manager For Google
After having success with going in and improving a struggling program with Pinterest I was asked to launch our Google GCP contract for Marketstar from the ground up with 1 other manager. Initial expectations were for the team was responsible to closing $14,000,000+ per quarter in the SMB space through inside sales reps, and account executives. To achieve success I implemented quarterly plans to enable team proficiency in CRM tools, Outreach, selling techniques (WBD & SPICED), and a variety of soft skills to hit over 105% quarter over quarter. Team originated with 8 senior reps and 7 junior reps - through our success Google invested $15,000,000 to grow our team to over 45 reps and multiple regions.
Account Executive For Blackberry Security
Developed and implemented plans for companies interested in enterprise level security software. Through my strategic selling techniques I was able to hit over $520,000 in new business per quarter with an average deal size of $26,000 (20 clients per quarter). Became a company “Rock Star” as voted by my management and peers for hitting 123% to quota quarter over quarter. Used all of the developed and skills and tactics from Vonage Business and further developed my negotiation/ closing abilities.
Bdr & Team Lead For Vonage Business
As a business development representative I was responsible for contacting and on-boarding companies between 100 and 1000 employees onto the Vonage platform. Success in this role hinged on being able to understand in depth software and hardware technology. Throughout this program I was also established as our team lead among 12 employees. My responsibilities, before on-boarding clients, hinged on being able to prospect new clients, effective outreach through CRM's, SFDC organization, highly efficient sales and closing capabilities.

Fusion Imaging is a graphic design company that produces the visual solutions for a variety of events. I had the opportunity to work with events such as Qualtrics Insight Summit, Domopalooza and Super bowl 51. Events contracted by Fusion Imaging could exceed over $500,000. To keep our projects profitable my basic responsibilities included: meeting with the client to produce an effective design for the event; working with proper technologies and employees to get these designs into production; communicating with other outsourced companies for proper collaboration; proofing all produced items before being shipped to the event location; overseeing and communicating with the client throughout all of installation. Most importantly, each project required my facilitation of fluid communication between client, management, production, and all installation hands.
