I lead the team of 7 internal designers + few externals towards more modern, more systematic, more customer centric and more quality focused design doing. We were able to change the design tooling and built a very mature design system in Figma. We were able to change focus from details towards the bigger systems and we were able to positively develop the team competence by education and hiring and by working with external business and service design consultants. I was actively participating in the transformation efforts by being part of the lead team. I was also a member of Netvisor Product Management Group and Visma Solutions Oy Extended Management Group as a Design & UX specialist for decision making in business. Show less

In my role in Aurinkomatkat I was part of the development team with another designer, developers and product owners. Together we successfully improved Aurinkomatkat online share, digital customer satisfaction and total revenue year to year. The work was based on trust in data and heavy prototyping and user testing. Products were released when measured and tested ready, not based on arbitrary deadlines - with this mindset the team reached multiple cases with sales improvement of hundreds of percentages. For Aurinkomatkat mobile app we had a small team we successfully transformed from external developers and designers to an internal team. During the journey we were able to listen to the customers, build the design system, re-write the iOS and Android UI’s and released a bunch of new features. By doing all this we were able to drastically improve the iOS App Store rating to 4.8 stars.As a member of Finnair design team I was heavily involved with Finnair design system development. I was building Sketch/Figma libraries, sharing system with Zeplin and collaborating with developers to bring system alive with Storybook. Show less

We were able to grow Movescount.com site bigger in user volumes than the mother brand suunto.com.

Lead the design and front-end development of Movescount.com. Concept creation, interaction design,UI design and graphic design for both web and mobile and iOS app.We were able to grow Movescount from zero members to millions of members and hundreds of millions of tracked exercises.

UI prototyping and user interface design. Developed a xml + flash based prototyping platform that was widely used to prototype and validate various watch/product concepts. Participated in UI design for Suunto Core, Lumi, Elementum and t6 watches. UI designer for Suunto HelO2 dive computer and Suunto Dive planner software. Early concept work for online sports diary - Movescount.com.
