My CS approach involves building close relationships to our customers, offering personalized business reviews and managing contract terms to align with our customer's unique needs. In my Ops role I oversee critical areas like internal banking, employee onboarding, offboarding, and payroll, ensuring a seamless and rewarding employee journey.With a diverse background in Marketing, Consulting and Executive Recruiting, and Sales, I bring a creative perspective to problem-solving and enhancing customer and employee experiences. I know the value of having a strong brand and I have successfully placed several leaders in transformative roles, contributing to their career growth and organizational success. All of this has helped me to understand the power that feeling seen, heard, and better connected can make in our lives.Prior to my career, I graduated from The University of Alabama (Roll Tide!) where I earned a degree in Advertising and Public Relations. During this time I created Marketing and Awareness campaigns for various local businesses where I developed skills in conducting market research, implementation strategies, awareness planning, post-campaign evaluations, event planning, creative design, and media kits.My future goal is to make a major impact on employee empowerment. I want my son to grow up and enter the workforce with excitement to innovate and leave his mark on this world.
