Engineered a graph convolutional neural network that predicts and classifies hematoma symptoms. Best Conference Paper Award at the International Conference on Knowledge Innovation and Invention. Honored with an acknowledgement on a aphasia paper for crafting the comprehensive literature review, pioneering the idea, and identifying the gap in existing research. Published Review Paper in medRxiv: Recent Advances and the Role of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in the Classification and Differentiation of Tumefactive Multiple Sclerosis. Currently engineering a novel convolutional neural network (CNN) that integrates saliency heat maps to differentiate between tumefactive multiple sclerosis, CNS lymphomas, and brain tumors.

Presiding over SoCal's first neuroscience journal club for high schoolers with two USC professors: Charisse Winston and Ruslan Rust. 35+ members from 30+ different schools and 5 different countries. 15+ meetings. Shadowed neurosurgeon Dr. Bjorn Lobo, observing and documenting patient interactions. Collaborated with the PA to learn MRI data interpretation, asked in-depth questions about surgery techniques, observed nerve surgeries, and engaged with patients overtime to understand their experiences. Amassed 60 shadowing/note taking hours.
