Responsible for the end to end Recruitment process.• Responsible for technical recruitment process, Sourcing , screening the candidate profiles by understanding and analyzing the customer needs in different technical skill categories.• Strong technical understanding and hiring experience.• Screening, short listing, negotiation and coordinating with the candidates.• Handling emails, phone calls, arranging interviews, follow-ups etc.• Creating sourcing methods like Linked-In, internal database, referrals, head-hunting.
