Responsible for entire lifecycle of Recruitment from understanding Job Requirements, discussing with clients for the existing and new requirement.Sourcing of resumes from job portals like Naukri, Shine, TimesJob and LinkedIn. Advertising of Job, Client branding, social media handling.Hands on experience with ATS and VMS by submitting resume to the end client.Negotiation, Follow-ups, Scheduling interviews, offer extension & onboarding. Handling clients like BFSI, core banking, Engineering, etc.Create, manage and maintain a recruitment database.
