• Responsible for Rexroth industrial automation products i.e. PLC, HMI, VFD, IoT, SCADA and Hydraulics Motion Controllers.• Maintain the record of all support activity provided to customer via virtual and physical• Workout for control panel and its components for different application with Hydraulic Power pack and generate RFQ to get quote from Control Panel supplier including PLC panel, Motor Starter Panel.• Responsible to verify Electrical control panel drawing as per the customer specifications.• Maintain Project document in server i.e. Electrical Schematics, PLC program backup etc.• Prepare application working philosophy to prepare control logic and PLC and HMI program • Promote PLC, VFD, HMI, SCADA, IoT and other connected hydraulic products to customer for different application through virtual and Face to Face Presentation.• Visit the various customer for product promotion and support across the country.

• Assign and Manage Program development and testing related activities to project team• Manage Offline Programming work for upcoming Projects.• Co-ordinate with sales person and customer to understand the machine application and to prepare technical specification• Develop and implement policies, standards and procedures for program development and service related activities• Handle the Service Call under warranty or Out of Warranty and provide telephonic support• Send the service offer to the customer and take feedback from them• Manage the service invoice and follow up on service payments, as well as business expense bills for the service team• To Schedule a visit, generate a service request and send it to a service engineer• Manage the site material requirement and also take follow up for repairing / under warranty replacement / CAR status to close the site• Ensure that the Onsite modification is transferred to the design team for corrections to the drawing

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, upgrade and configure programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and human machine interface (HMI).• Review and analyze requirement of application and according to that prepare PLC and HMI program.• Implement P&ID,HMI and PLC program according to application.• provide technical support in various installed projects in different application.• Lead the automation projects using diffrent software solution.
