About Tejas Sinha

I am a seasoned transformation and change leader and have successfully managed some of the most complex programs in one of the world's largest banks, HSBC. Many of my roles have been high stakes, highly visible and fast paced and required astute orchestration through multiple layers of governance and stakeholders. The programs I have delivered have ranged from driving initiatives that are crucial to the very existence of the business, to driving cultural integration between two entities, to adhering to regulatory norms and gaining operational efficiencies. I am currently the Co-Founder and COO of my Technology start up.The International Manager Program (IMP) in HSBC, of which I was a part, for most of my career at HSBC, has been a highlight. It is a highly coveted internal leadership track with selection rates lower than some of the best Ivy League colleges and aimed at creating a team of highly capable and mobile leaders moving from one city/country to another resolving business critical problems for the bank. Some of the key programs that I have delivered are: -Led the deployment of the Digital Target Operating Model in MENA using the Value Stream Framework-Turned around, transformed and grew the mortgage product portfolio for HSBC in the Middle East-Led the post-merger integration of a bank with Oman entity, as the COO-Managed Business Planning and Reporting for European CEO as the Chief of Staff-Overhauled the customer experience/complaints centre of excellence in the UK as the Department LeadMy current role as the Co-Founder of a technology enabled start-up has opened up a new world of end to end business management for me. As an entrepreneur, I have excelled in developing my digital knowledge stack and understood what it takes to successfully transform an idea into a live, operational enterprise. Prior to working with HSBC, I worked in India for 5 years in the Apparel Retail and Media sectors. I am a business graduate, holding an MBA from both UK and India. I am also a Business Agility Coach (Internal HSBC certification). On a more personal note, I love music and am a singer/songwriter/composer and have released original compositions and manage an active youtube channel.  In conclusion, I am seeking to embark on a new adventure and lead in a new and exciting role, with an organization which sees me as someone who can take them forward and add value to.
