Co-leading Monitoring and Evaluation activities for various Impact evaluations/AB testing program interventions in South Asia, South-East Asia, West Africa on thematic areas like school leadership & - Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN), - Gender:- Design Theory of Change (ToC), MEL plans, MEL instruments - including FLN student assessments- Procuring and Managing Field Implementation of data collection teams - Piloting tools and making improvements - Qualitative (Dedoose) and Quantitative Data Analysis (SPSS, R, Excel) and Writing- Setting up and managing process monitoring systems and teams - Capacity building of partner MEL teams (through a both a 1:1 - bespoke and network approach)

Part of the project team which worked on a strategy update for an international philanthropy's gender vertical in India.

Assisted the Telangana state team in researching and drafting a policy memo. It concerned the establishment of a state-based assessment cell, which can improve the student learning outcomes in Telangana.

- Managing a team of 12 individuals from multitudinous backgrounds - impacting the holistic outcomes of 300+ children from the underserved communities through instructional and skill based training, leadership coaching, facilitating effective learning experiences, and creating/connecting our team members to relevant & exciting opportunities. - Assisting the wider city team in designing and executing training sessions and various key events which caters to the skill, knowledge and mindset development of 100+ individuals impacting 3000+ students across the city. - Managing relationships between various school and community stakeholders, which enriches the Fellowship experience for our individual team members - creating a conducive classroom environment for the students to thrive in. - Selecting and hiring potential Fellows (Teachers) through conducting a rigorous interview process, who can then become a crucial part of the organizations' network which Impacts close to 40000 children across 7 cities in India.

Worked as a secondary grade instructional trainer as part of the first ever remote/online summer Institute for 500+ teachers at Teach For India. My primary responsibilities include, but not limited to:- Designing asynchronous literacy learning packets and synchronous session flow from scratch for over a period of two months before the summer Institute started. - Training Fellows (new teachers) on Culture Building in classrooms, Socio-Emotional learning, Pedagogy tools and literacy teaching (Reading and Writing) over a period of two months. - Creating assessments/surveys to gauge the learning outcomes of the asynchronous and synchronous trainings. - Using advanced Data and trend analysis tools from time to time to improve the effectiveness of the design and delivery of the project.

- Selected as one of the few teaching fellows out of 15,000+ applicants across the country for the prestigious two year fellowship program offered by Teach For India.- Teaching a class of twenty-four 3rd and 4th graders, at a low income private school in Bangalore, significantly improving their maths and literacy skills and achieving an average growth of 2 years in all the content areas, through applying creative teaching practices and rigorous mentoring.- Started an online campaign called "Odhu..Odhisu.." and Acquired 20,000 Rs (on going) funds for setting up school library, and partnered with Pratham to get books as part of their book donation campaign, thus contributing to the development of school infrastructure and conducive learning spaces for students across the school.- As a school team lead, managed the staff team working towards ensuring policy and procedure is followed at all the time, and contributed to the team's holistic professional development through bi-weekly check-ins and one on one conversations.- Co-facilitated training sessions and content groups for the teachers at the partner school leading to adaptation of strong teacher practices and strategies across the whole school and fostering better learning environment for the children.- Conducted effective learning spaces for fellows and supported them in building their teaching and mentoring skills by leading Program Manager Learning Circles, offering feedback on lesson planning, facilitating technical training sessions, creating ready-to-use exemplary chapter plans, doing classroom observations and giving feedback, planning & organising masterclasses and debriefing the teacher and student practices.- Thought partnered with the City director, Senior Program Manager and other staff members to offer insights in to the city goals, learning spaces, and trouble-shooting based on need.

Worked for the project - State of the Nation report on RTE - Sec 12(1)(C) - at the Right to Education Resource Centre, Indian Institute of Management, Ahmadabad. Core-responsibilities included:- Obtain clarification on field notes.- Verifying filed notes.- Compiling the data collected through the field notes and making corrections where and when necessary.- Extracting data regarding the admission process under RTE Section 12(1)(C) from government websites.- Visiting the offices of the education department in Bangalore and conducting field interviews with govt officials, parents and other stakeholders.
