• Arranges Conferences / meetings of the client and visitors.• Handling invoices/quotations/bills for our existing clients, retail and third partyvendors.• Supervisions after stock inventory regarding stationery, equipment tools.• Maintains and keep updating daily walkthrough for the site.• Handling and Supervision of Vendors Management• Maintaining relationship and managing the same with the tenants and clients.• Assisting sales team for show round at various sites.• Knowledge of operating Visitor Management System.• Generating monthly attendance reports for all departments.• Handling and resolving customer/guest issues, feedback and queries• Prepare snag list and resolving the same.• Assisting the property manager in MMR and DMR.• Take rounds of the facility regularly to identify issues in Public Relations, Maintenance,Cafeteria etc and initiate immediate rectification actions.• Prepare training schedule for the employees.• Stock and maintain any guest/client supply rooms• Determine and process all guest complaints• Check that all common areas are hazard free and ready for clients.• Conduct daily morning meeting and organize all staff daily• Ensure high level of customer service is maintained at all times• Assist clients with all questions and reasonable requests• Monitoring on soft services supplies.

• Ensure planning and execution of all preparation required for Conferences / meetings of the client as well as VIP visits scheduled during the shift.• Handling and resolving customer/guest issues, feedback and queries• Supervise the team prepare snag list and resolving the same• Take rounds of the facility regularly to identify issues in Public Relations, Maintenance,Cafeteria etc and initiate immediate rectification actions.• Monitor monthly and quarterly budgets for soft services.• Prepare training schedule for contract workers.• Stock and maintain any guest/client supply rooms• Determine and process all guest complaints• Check all VIP rooms are ready for arrival• Check that all common areas are hazard free and ready for guests• Conduct daily morning meeting and organise all staff daily• Ensure high level of customer service is maintained at all times• Assist guests with all questions and reasonable requests• Maintain clean and tidy work area
