Working closely with various telecom service providers and key customers to ensure fault resolution is managed effectively and in accordance with the service level agreements.- Responsible for building, installing and maintaining a HFC network that supports award winning products, including fibre to the home. - Flexible management style that enables one to look after several disciplines within London and the Home Counties. Currently maintain a Network that supplies Telephony (SDH and PDH infrastructure), Broadband and TV to Residential Customers. Business (Assure & Provide) customers are also offered numerous products (Ethernet VPN, Managed Internet Access (MIA), IPVPN, ISDN, CENTREX, Business Broadband). The National CORE infrastructure is also maintained by the team.
