Develop and implement cost improvement projects through operational efficiencies.Develop policies and define the standards for group manufacturing excellence.Establish OEE program to track, identify and eliminate lost production causes.Conduct diagnostics to identify areas for improvement.Conduct value stream mapping exercises to define processes; work with the site to implement or streamline/improve use of LEAN tools, 5S, Six SIGMA, etc.Propose and support the projects and programs within the businesses for the identification of improvement levers, setting smart objectives and carrying-out Manufacturing Excellence programs.Support the execution of improvement projects by promoting use of proven tools and approaches to achieve manufacturing excellence.Ensure sufficient focus on sustainability of improvements through providing training and skill building of leaders.Lead and mentor leadership team members, facilitating a culture that motivates employees. Recommend and implement methods to increase the quality of products and/or services.Participate in self-development activities and training of others.Exhibit safety awareness and safe work practices. Protect employees and visitors by maintaining a safe and clean working environment.Work closely in conjunction with other OE Managers in EU sites and the Director of OE (EU) to implement improvement initiatives.Perform other related duties as may be reasonably assigned in the course of business or as requested.Reporting to site Head.

Responsible for to maintains and overseeing overall Warehouse operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational and organisational policies and procedures.2. Maintains Warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training of employees.3. Handling of Quality Management System in Warehouse. 4. Managing of all Raw Materials, Packaging Material, Finished Goods and Consumables etc.5. Managing over all Warehouse activities i.e. Recipt, Storage, Issuance/Dispensing, Dispatch, Rejected, Returned/Recalled.6. Responsible for the preparation and review of SOPs, URS, Protocols and other required documents to inline with the process or procedure requirements. 7. Management of non-moveable and expired Inventory as per company's policy.8. Handling of all the Change Controls, Deviation / Non Conformance, Investigation, CAPA and other required QMS tool. 9. Capable to work under pressure with tight deadlines.10. Working as Head Warehouse.11. Reporting to Operation Head/Plant Head.
