Founding member of the entrepreneurial team that formed the Air-To-Ground (ATG) commercial telecommunications industry. Responsible for the end-to-end management and operational control of an international network of remote radio base stations and central office switching nodes connected via al private line backbone. The central office switch nodes located in Chicago, Denver and Mexico City consisted of: digital cross connects, base band processors, packet switch nodes, switch control processors and circuit switching systems. Managed the implementation and ongoing maintenance of over 100 facilities in the United States and 30 locations in Mexico and Canada.Responsible for creation and maintenance of the network budget, five-year strategic plans, selection of network suppliers, negotiation of network related corporate contracts, approval, verification and cost allocation of all network expenditures.
