Providing managed services support for the Epic Games Store aka I wrangle assets for Store promotions.

I provide Customer Support and assist the Marketing team with various Marketing and Community related tasks for Arcade Online and Arcade Legend VR.Recent projects include implementing a Helpdesk solution for the support staff.

I helped plan the bundles during pre-mortem checks between stakeholders and functioned as a product coordinator for both our Operations team and the Support team for upwards of 4 bundle launches per week. I wrote over 200 support articles for the knowledge base that the Humble Support staff utilized and assisted on numerous projects related to the day to day operations at Humble Bundle. Under Humble Games Publishing, I was a mentee under several producers for Signalis, Town of Zoz, and Stray Gods and was credited as a Production Assistant on Signalis.

I was one of four original lead support agents on the Support team responsible for escalated and high level support cases. I assisted with fraud cases, social media support, and other channels of support. I was involved in training, interviewing, white glove service, brainstorming, and auditing of support procedures.

Awarded service award for 5 years of outstanding service.I managed the front desk of the library and helped check out books to library patrons. Duties included processing library books, reshelving the collections, database administration, registering library cards to the public, and other various workplace upkeep duties.
