I have had extensive work experience in different environments, giving me varied skills and the ability to work with many different types of people. More than 8 years, I have been working in the sphere of Human Resources and my main responsibilities were the organization and support of company events, leading the internal communication in the company and taking care of the most important and valuable resource in each company – the people.The key aspects of my background are:• As a part of a multi-cultural company, I further build my understanding of different personalities and learn to work in a true teamwork environment while still having our differences;• Event management expertise - accommodation, business trip coordination, correspondence with all participants, appropriate rentals and the provision of additional necessary materials;• Knowledge in a development and implementation of a working Internal Communications strategy, incl. variety of communication channels, employee-awarding program, events, internal bulletins etc.Taking care of the employees experience is one of the most emotional and satisfactory jobs I've ever had.
