• Gains a deep understanding of customers (candidates, clients) experience by collecting, analyzing and using data in order to ensure their experience is consistent and seamless• Trains and supports to make sure that all customers (clients and candidates) are taken through the system and trained in the product's use, ensuring a fully engaged, positive and valuable experience• Conducts research and discovers methods and strategies to increase clients’ engagement and candidates‘ commitment, depending on market specifics• Creates, establishes and improves engaging templates content and collaborates with the product leads, marketing and design teams to plan, develop and insure brand consistency.• Identifies gaps in the content and recommends new topics, updates, improvements• Participates in the Candidate Management process for the events assigned and travels as an educational consultant to events in more than 30 countries across the world • Organizes trainings and introduces newly implemented polices and processes
