Worked in an international environment with young researchers from 5 countries and 6 different institutes. Together with the conference stakeholders (coordinators, Scientific and Local Organising Committees, FEBS and IUBMB representatives), we organised the FEBS-IUBMB-ENABLE 3-day event.- Managed a team of 4 people (implementing decisions, meeting goals, prioritize tasks, motivate team 😊)- Handled all social media accounts of the FEBS-IUBMB-ENABLE network- Designed and maintained the website- Evaluated and adviced on granting the travel grants (for EU, non-EU and the IUBMB MilliporeSigma ENABLE-Africa Fellowships)- Wrote grants (we have succesfully obtained the Company of Biologists Conferencing grant)
