Current• Lead strategic engagement, maintain positive relationships with 35 Collective Management Organizations in 28 countries, to improve distribution processes and ensure a fair share of allocations to MPA members and other represented producers. • Oversee a $120MM ancillary program worldwide for MPA members and other represented producers, including accurate financial reporting, trend analysis, and annual projections/budgets.• Supervise member support services, including member inquiries, member resolutions, and ensure timely and effective follow-through.• Prepare communication documents, such as briefings and memorandums influencing revenue streams to MPA members and cross-functionally within the organization.• Draft talking points, briefing documents, and presentations for conferences/industry meetings; represent MPA at such.
