• Merchandising the store in accordance with the company guidelines• To promote new lines effectively • Supports the commercial manager to indentify and action creative and visual ideas for the store• Keep up to date with the latest fashion trends and incorporate the trends in store• Analyze daily information and react to it accordingly• Planning the commercial and visual activity of the store in a daily/weekly and seasonal matter.• Weekly planning of the delivery and incorporating the items in store• Provide and support customer service with product knowledge and awareness of new arrivals, replenishment of best sellers and offering alternatives

• Being VM responsible and training employees in -/+ 30 stores about VM excruciating within Hunkemöller• Setting layout and collections in new opening stores • Executing window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions• Change displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes• Present VM solutions regarding store layouts, mapping and collections• Weekly map planning for presenting the collections and deciding how to use space and lighting creatively• Assisting and working up close with events within the brand • Giving feedback about seasonal collections to the design team • Ordering VM material

-Assisting customers with sales on the floor, sharing knowledge about all of Nike’s technologies and benefits- Providing small training sessions on different Nike products and technologies- Helping on the daily routine of the shop (cleaning, organization, product replenishment, etc.)- Handling deliveries and the organization of the stock room- Taking over for floor and stock managers at the end of their shift or when on vacation and managing personnel- Helping the visual merchandiser with setting up items on the floor, helping with the look of the store

- Support daily merchandising, styling, floor set planning and execution, replenishment, launches, updates, planning and execution, shipment and service- Maintain visual displays, presentation and conditions of sales floor at all time- Assist on daily store recovery, before, during or after store opening hours- Ensure great customer service by assisting in location, availability and selection of merchandise - Train, coach and direct Associates - Fully execute all assigned tasks and responsibilities
