The debate program in Youth Educational Forum provides non formal education using competitive debate as a tool for promotion of argumentation, critical thinking and democratic values. The program has 250+ members and over 30 debate trainers who provide debate lectures in 18 debate clubs in 7 cities. The main responsibility of the program coordinator is to implement, coordinate, supervise and evaluate the activities in the debate clubs. Apart from the management of the trainer and members the position entails: • Planning, implementation and coordination of projects and activities in the program• Coordination of the team engaged in the program• Submitting monthly and annual narrative and financial reports • Evaluation of program and project activities, and evaluation of the team's work in the program• Regular coordination with local coordinators of YEF Centers throughout the country• Regular communication with donors and electronic communication with all members of the program• Ensuring the promotion of all activities of the program, through daily communication of the social networks, regular communication with traditional media• Communication and collaboration with international project partners and realizing joint activities with partner organizations• Participation in ensuring the financial sustainability of the program

The International Debate Education Association (IDEA) is an organization that educates people in debate in order to give young people a voice for their ideas. IDEA aspires to be the world's leading provider of debate education, offering debate resources, debate training and debate events to educators, youth groups and young people across the world.The position entails:• Managing the organization between Assemblies • Implementing the adopted decisions and conclusions of the Assembly• Representing the interests of the organization and its members • Participating in the provision of financial support for the work of the organization

The position entailed: • Realization of the regular curriculum of the debate program• Creating a methodology on how to use competitive debate as a tool for integration • Reporting orally and in writing for regular lectures on a weekly / monthly basis• Organizing public debates with an emphasis on interethnic integration through education • Organizing local and national tournaments• Organizing visiting lectures

The position entailed: • Implementation of the activities of the project, with an emphasis on public debates • Participation in the creation and realization of a plan for managing the activities of the project• Regular communication and coordination with debate trainers • Promotion of the project activities using traditional and social media• Regular reporting and communication with the project coordinator and program members
