Current• Operate various electric tools to include the grinder, sander, reciprocating saw blades, air-compressor, high pressure hydraulic systems and more. • Work safely and effectively at heights, with toxic materials and fumes, on slippery and uneven surfaces and in extreme weather conditions. • Repair and maintain surface materials to make building exteriors weatherproof and waterproof. • Install various types of roofing systems such as: TPO, PVS, EPDM, Mod, Bit, Built Up, Single Ply, and Shingles. • Remove old roofing in an efficient manner in order to install and repair roofs, flashings and surfaces. • Install HVAC equipment according to the customer’s and manufacturer’s needs. • Train and provide leadership to new crew members to ensure they have strong application and fundamental knowledge. • Provide regular expertise in rough carpentry framing, drain installation, and demolition.
