I am the assistant manager of Liberty Travel in Scranton. I help oversee customer satisfaction with their vacations that I and my team have been planning. As part of my job as well, I oversee all the finacials in my stores business therefore, I review all reports to make sure that everything is up to date and that we recieve a good audit with a high score. Another part of my job is to also help my team deliver improved results with their monthly sales goals. I also provide assistance to my clients with their vacations to ensure there is a hassle-free vacation and provide them with personalized cutomer service. I also work with my team to do local store marketing to promote our business within our area.

At Kenneth Cole, I helped train and develop the staff that was hired. We went over the different apperal, store apperance, and cash registers. I also took care of shipping paperwork, returns, and all the audit paperwork in the store.

At Van Heusen, I helped customers find the right product that they were searching for the improve the customer satisfaction. I also helped the store with store apperance, cash register, and customer service.
