I am Senior Corporate Counsel at Republic Services, a Fortune 500 leader in the environmental services, recycling, and waste management industry with headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona.Previously, I was a Partner in the Scottsdale, Arizona office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., a national law firm. My practice included matters involving product liability, commercial matters, premises liability, personal injury, loan default servicing, insurance matters, and worker’s compensation. I defended my clients through all phases of the pre-litigation and litigation process, including early case evaluation, settlement negotiations, discovery, arbitration, mediation, motion practice, trial, and appeal.In addition to years as an attorney, I have experience in all three branches of the United States Government, having served as a Federal Law Clerk to the Honorable Earl H. Carroll, United States District Court, District of Arizona; completed an internship at The White House; and interned for U.S. Congressman Greg Ganske.Prior to my legal career, I worked for Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management as a Program Director for the Executive Education Department in Glendale, AZ.I received my law degree from Pennsylvania State University in 2003 and a Bachelor of Arts from The George Washington University in 1996, with a major in International Affairs. I am licensed to practice law in Arizona, Nevada, and Texas.
