During my tenure, I was involved in controlling end-to-end management of routine operations of CWSP. I was responsible for administering multiple operations by monitoring eight staff members, providing sales and customer services, as well as ensuring logistics, transportation, training, and program compliance. To optimize corporate effectiveness, I created new procedures and protocols to accelerate business success. Utilized wide variety of training methods to design student training sessions and introduce workplace development by managing Business Training Institute (summer program). By serving as Save Advocate & Sexual Violence Prevention Specialist, I formulated community action plans to accomplish goals, vision, and mission through engagement with coalition members. I was skillful at enabling teens to engage in sexual violence prevention process by creating peer-to-peer groups with three high schools via peer educators and community activists. To highlight operations of coalition and organization, I produced and distributed bi-monthly newsletter to increase awareness. Demonstrate competent performance by orchestrating multiple workshops, including promoting healthy relationships, preventing teen sexual violence, sexual violence on college campuses, bystander intervention, and more to guide 1K+ students.My accomplishments for this role include:• Leveraged expertise in collecting and distributing national, statewide, and local data relevant to sexual violence, as well as implementing Safe Dates curriculum to 300+ students.• Collected $5K in donations by arranging Denim Day campaign to boost awareness about sexual violence.• Identified business opportunities by engaging 18 local small businesses in Montclair to participate in Women's Empowerment Week campaign.

The mission of the New Jersey Coalition Against Sexual Assault (NJCASA) is to promote the compassionate and just treatment of survivors and their loved ones; foster collaborative relationships between community systems; and affect attitudinal and behavioral changes in society as we work toward the elimination of sexual violence against all people.

-Managed the distribution of 6 radio products and 5 reps. Created strategies for closing open markets and non-traditional radio stations. Teamed with the cross-functional department directors including Advertising Sales, Marketing, Programming, News, Broadcast Engineering, Legal, Internet and Bloomberg Professional Service teams to devise strategies to maintain and increase distribution and advertising revenue and to improve service and satisfaction.
