I graduated with my Bachelor's of Science in Healthcare Administration. I worked 7 years in the dental field, first as a Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, where I would share with the customer the current doctors diagnosis. My goal objective was to sell the treatment plans to the customer. I was very successful at this. I became the lead coordinator in our area. I was later promoted to Office Manager. I had direct contact with our Pharmaceutical reps. I would schedule the meetings, trainings, and or lunches.I also am a Independent Scentsy Consultant/DirectorAs a Scentsy Independent Director, I am an independent business owner authorized to sell Scentsy products for a commission. I earn a monthly commission based on selling Scentsy products or earning residual income by growing a team. I participate in home parties where I attend the customers home bringing with me Scentsy Products to display and share as samples. I share knowledge about Scentsy and why or how it will benefit the customer. I also attend boutiques and fairs where I share Scentsy with others. As a team leader I work hard to train my downline how to promote new products, how to share the product with their customers, as well helping customers figure out what they are looking for.
